The open-plan living and dining area was complemented by a sleek bulthaup kitchen. The tall units are fitted almost seamlessly with a fine shadow gap and emphasise the homely character with open shelves and niches.

In order not to visually interrupt the overarching structure of the living spaces on the ground floor, care was taken to ensure that the kitchen is perceived more as furniture and thus emphasises the spaciousness of the ground floor.
